Refund policy

If you would like to cancel an order that is still processing, please notify us at GreenCanvasFarms@gmail.com or through our contact form on our website. A full refund will be given for the entire order.

If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Since we are shipping live plants, no returns will be accepted. If you are unhappy with the condition of the items you receive, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
