Green Canvas Farms is a plant nursery owned and operated by a husband and wife duo with an intense passion for botany. We strive to appeal to our fellow plant enthusiasts by offering plants that are lesser-known, edible, or ethnobotanically interesting. This includes natives and non-natives, especially those we come across in our travels. The nursery inventory is always being updated as we find and trial plants that offer something unique and amazing to the plant trade. We figure that if we love a particular plant, you will too!

Who We Are...
We are plant science graduates who met in college and bonded over our enthusiasm for botany and horticulture. 10 years later, our interests are still going strong. Hunter spends his time running the nursery, designing landscapes, and maintaining our personal plant collections. Ashlyn is an ethnobotanist who also works in food media. Nothing brings her more joy than to go on plant-seeking adventures and learn the stories behind the plants. Green Canvas Farms is the natural result of our combined passions.
