Alchemilla mollis

This is one of Ashlyn's favorite plants from the English garden landscape. The most notable feature of this herbaceous perennial is how water beads on the leaves looking like diamonds sparkling in the sun.

It does not like our hot, humid summers, but we are determined to keep experimenting until we find a selection that does better in the south. If you live in a cooler region, this plant is an excellent choice that adds texture and intrigue to the garden.
