Description
If you're looking for a native angelica, give this one a try! It grows wildly in the Midwest and Northeast. Unlike the common garden angelica of Europe, this American species has purple coloring on its stems. But you can use it much in the same way as garden angelica. Given the right preparation, everything from root to seed is edible. Or simply enjoy its stunning architecture in the garden. Keep in mind that it thrives in moist soils, especially along stream banks.
I ordered two angelica plants (atropurpurea and archangelica). Both arrived within a week, were very well packed, and looked super healthy. This was even during a heat wave so much appreciated. Planted in ground and seem to be happy.
I ordered three of these for my butterfly garden. They were shipped very quickly, and were very well packaged. They look very healthy, and are about a foot tall.
Super fast shipping and both Angelica plants arrived looking very healthy and stout.
Both plants arrived in great shape, no wilting or bruising. As pictured or even a little better
