Echinacea pallida

Add to your collection of echinaceas with the pale purple coneflower! Like all echinaceas, E. pallida is native to North America. It can be found growing in prairie-like conditions across the eastern and central states.

The pale purple coneflower isn't too different from the classic Echinacea purpurea, but the flower color is paler and the plant has a more slender look overall. It also blooms earlier than E. purpurea. This native wildflower is highly attractive to bees and butterflies.
