Phemeranthus calycinus

Fame flower, also known as rock pink, is a native succulent! The 3-inch long leaves are beautifully plump and smooth. Perhaps even better are the delicate stalks of bright pink flowers that seem to float in the air.

Like most succulents, this plant prefers lots of sun and limited water. Rocky or sandy soil with lots of drainage is preferred. This is a great choice for a rock garden or xeriscape.
