Phlox paniculata 'Jeana'

We've added 'Jeana' phlox to our inventory for 2 reasons: 1) it's the 2024 Perennial Plant of the Year! and 2) it was discovered in our home state of Tennessee!

While this is a newly introduced cultivar of Phlox paniculata, it's actually a "wild form" discovered in the Nashville area. It has been trialed at Mt. Cuba Center and found to be very mildew-resistant and highly attractive to pollinators. This phlox comes into bloom mid-summer and continues for several weeks.
