Ribes nigrum 'Ben Lomond'

The "Ben" series of black currants is named after the mountains of Scotland. They are popular with both home and commercial growers as they are very productive and resistant to white pine blister rust and mildew.

Currants do best in cooler climates. They prefer morning sun, afternoon shade, and good air circulation.
