Viola 'Heartthrob'

We are smitten with violets here on the farm. Sometimes it's the flower that draws us in. Other times it's the foliage, which is the case for this dazzling Heartthrob violet. The substantial heart-shaped leaves are marked with burgundy centers framed by vibrant green. Classic soft violet flowers poke above the ornate leaves.

Heartthrob can be used to add interest to the edge of a garden bed or in a mixed container. Be sure to give it adequate water and a cool spot in warm climates.
